Maple Glazed Pork Chops

These are very quick to throw together in a rush! The glaze is SO GOOD, but you have to be very careful to not overcook it, since it really doesn't thicken while it's cooking. It thickens up when you turn off the flame. By overcook I mean it becoming a texture of taffy. That did happen to me so I just heated it back up and added a little more chicken stock and syrup, and got it a more useable consistency. Flavor is great and I will definitely be making these again :)

I think both of your hubs would enjoy this :)

Another one I have not seen! I love it when that happens. I really love the sound of that glaze. I love those glazes that get all sticky and thick. Yum. It looks wonderful! Lucky me. No hubby to share with. I get it all for myself. :-P
    Great picture, Michelle!
