    Recipe by Elgourmand2: Marinated Mexican Steamed Chicken
    It was a little weaker flavored than it should have been. Not the authors fault. I used the minimal amount of chili powder and nixed the bird's eye chilis. Well flavored just the same.
    It should be noted that the onion and garlic are fresh ingredients per my conversation with the author.
    Used BS chicken breasts.
    In making it again I would take the breasts out of the steamer at the end of 20 minutes simmer time.
    Chopped it up and added mayo for sandwiches.
