  When I first joined the group I added a lot of the recipes I had made, and put a comment on each recipe, but I didn't actually make a thread in this group.
  
  I'm trying to comment on each of them as I make them.

  This chicken salad recipe is great. I usually leave out the celery and the water chestnuts, but that is because I don't like them. Even without the ingredients it still tastes really good. I sometimes add some curry powder to it to give it a different flavor. I think it is the bacon that sets it apart. I can't say enough stuff.
  
  Sorry that my croissant wasn't that great so the picture I took didn't really do justice. I'm still learning how to work this camera. Presentation has never been my strong point. :)
