  A good potato salad. Sauce that goes into the potatoes taste similar to coleslaw.
  Stomach said lunchtime so I ate it warm. It will taste good cold too. The heat is not objectionable. I finely minced the veggies. Personal preference.
  Passed the spuds through a ricer which filtered out the skins.
  This would be good too with the cubed potatoes stirred into the sauce like a standard potato salad but mashing them is what the recipe is all about.
