Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mash potatoes to your preferred texture (for very smooth potatoes use a ricer or food mill).
  • Beat in yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and relish.
  • Fold in onion, celery, and pepper flakes, as well as salt and pepper if desired.
  • Serve cold.

    I mash with the skins on, i've always preferred it that way but it's personal preference!

    I'm liking my potato salad mashed the past couple of years. I think it's from trying to eat too many store-made potato salads with tough or crunchy potatoes!
