    Yummy meatball! The hot pepper sauce and red pepper flakes work perfect and make this meatball fantastic!

    I know, and their so much easier when baked! I always have trouble with them wanting to fall apart and make weird shapes on the stovetop...lol!

    I'd knock down the red pepper flakes by half when serving it to my tender mouthed family. The bun does soak up the heat to digestible levels but you'll know there is some step in these meatballs when eaten straight up.
    Sliced the meatballs in half and put them on some buns with one to two tablespoons of marinara sauce and smothered with Mozzarella and Provolone. Baked it for seven additional minutes to put a crunch on the bun and melt the cheeses.

The heat woulda been too much for the little one so I had added all but the hot sauce and pepper flakes, mixed, then made her meatballs then added the hot stuff in for us, then made our meatballs. Definitely making these into subs soon...
