Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  • Shape into 1 1/2" meatballs.
  • Place in baking pan (or on cookie sheets) and bake in pre-heated oven 20-25 minutes (or until no longer pink inside).
  • Cover w/your favorite red sauce & serve w/pasta or in crusty garlic bread rolls.

    These were SO GOOD!!! The kick from the hot pepper sauce and the red pepper flakes takes these meatballs to a whole different level! I served these over spaghetti and sauce. Can't wait to try on a sub! Thanks!

    thats basically how i do mine except i use garlic powder instead of garlic salt and i leave the salt out all together. also i always make my own breadcrumbs(because i'm cheap)so i have to add some dried basil, oregano and parsley to make up for the flavor.
