Ingredients

1 lb extra lean ground beef

1/2 C Italian seasoned bread crumbs

1/4 C grated parmesan cheese

1/4 C skim milk

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 tblsp worchestershire sauce

1 sm onion diced (or 2-3 tblsp minced onions)

1/2 tsp garlic salt

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp crushed red pepper

dash Frank's Red Hot (to taste)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine all ingredients, mixing well.

Shape into 1 1/2" meatballs.

Place in baking pan (or on cookie sheets) and bake in pre-heated oven 20-25 minutes (or until no longer pink inside).

Cover w/your favorite red sauce & serve w/pasta or in crusty garlic bread rolls.

Thats basically how i do mine except i use garlic powder instead of garlic salt and i leave the salt out all together. also i always make my own breadcrumbs(because i'm cheap)so i have to add some dried basil, oregano and parsley to make up for the flavor.
