Meatball Subs by Chef Meow

    Made these Thursday night, and we both loved them. Will definately make them again and again. Loved roasting the meatballs. Flavor was wonderful, and it freed me to work on everything else. Quick, easy and tasty supper. I had 2.25 pounds of meat, so I added a little more of all the seasonings, and froze some of the cooked meatballs to have later.
