Meaty Cheese Bella Burgers from Keni

We are portobello mushroom fans and this recipe is terrific! Didn’t have baby spinach so used fresh from the garden red leaf lettuce. The Worcestershire Dijon Mayonnaise sauce was perfect for this fab “burger.” Cooked the onions a bit as recommended by placing the slices in foil and grilling along side mushrooms. Yummy ….

MP and luv... hope you both get a chance to try it..it's surprisingly satisfying and very 'meaty'.... you know wimpy veg only meals don't cut it around here, hehehe, so this had to be filling.... though, MP, you may need a couple of 'em. ;-)
