Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine all Worcestershire Dijon-aise ingredients and set aside.
  • Combine the minced garlic, paprika, fresh ground pepper and olive oil in small bowl.
  • Brush both sides of the mushrooms with the oil mixture.
  • Grill over high heat for a couple of minutes each side.
  • Add a piece of cheese to top of each and leave on the grill just til the cheese melts.
  • Serve on lightly grilled buns with desired condiments and the Worcestershire Mayo.
  • *if you wanna add salt to the burgers, salt them AFTER you grill them. If you add salt to the marinade, you will lose a lot more liquid when the mushrooms start to cook. So, salt them after!

The Worcestershire Dijon Mayonnaise sauce was perfect for this fab “burger.” Cooked the onions a bit as recommended by placing the slices in foil and grilling along side mushrooms. Yummy ….

This sounds so good Keni! I'm the only one who like shrooms so I will make this for myself for lunch indoors in my grill pan. Can't wait ;)
