  So Michael took the kids to the movies today at around lunch time soooooo I typed wraps into my recipe box bar and found this!! I had everything to make it too! I had to basically scale this down to one so I just guessed on the amount of each ingredient to use, which was pretty easy in this recipe.
  Once it came to rolling the egg mixture into the tortilla I realized I had made too much, so I just ate the extra on it's own, which was delicious as well!
  I am definitely taking what Keni said and making a crud load of them to freeze...my kids wouldn't eat them, but my husband would, especially since he has to be out the door at 4:30 in the morning. Thanks again Keni...wherever you are.

  A crud load. haha! I may have to borrow that one. I couldn't figure out why the kids wouldn't like them then I saw "mushrooms" and "spinach." Its a gorgeous picture!

  When I wrote this I had forgotten about the mushrooms in it, SO I would have to leave them out for Michael...maybe just add more bacon :)
