Memory Time Meatloaf
A tasty meatloaf. I always put Worcestershire sauce and dehydrated minced onion in my meatloaf and I kinda missed that. Still, its good meatloaf and the first one I have ever made with onion soup mix. Mine fell apart when I was taking it out of the pan though. :-(

Normally I mix just to combine to keep the meatloaf from being too tough but this recipe instructions call for a good kneading.

Yummy..love meatloaf (turkey meatloaf)..I always add a few splashes of Worcestershire & some diced onion...the dehydrated onion would be excellent though:) I love the pretty platter with the flowers, it looks old..I have a few pretty platters as well FA:) Lovely pictures!

Thank you, Marie. It is an old platter. My mom had it "forever" and asked me if I wanted it. Of course! :)
