Mexican Seasoned Potato

  These are great for a quick throw together potato dish! I got started on dinner a little late so these being done in the microwave really made things easier and faster. I did half butter and half bacon grease. My only critique is this really needs salt. I added a little and after cooking threw on a little more because there wasn't enough. Very good though, nice texture and will definitely be making again :)

  Also I used small red and white potatoes and cut them smaller than what I think Chefmeow called for so this did take less time in the microwave, probably about 10 minutes.
