Mexican Seasoned Potatoes

These are incredible. Loaded with great flavors and easy to make. A win win situation. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 4 medium baking potatoes shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
How to make it
- Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 equal wedges then set aside.
- Place butter in square casserole dish then microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add potatoes turning to coat with butter.
- In small bowl combine remaining ingredients then sprinkle over potatoes.
- Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes.
- Allow to stand covered for 5 minutes.
