  Great and easy dish to pull together. Found the lentils were a little undercooked to my taste but will be doing this recipe again for sure.

  This dish says 20 to 30 minutes but I found that compared to when I had it at a restaurant the other day the lentil felt a little underdone. Will be checking some things on line I think that I maybe should have soaked the lentils for a bit first just like beans.
