Mrspotatohead's Lemon Thyme Chicken

  • mrpiggy 11 years ago
Made this for dinner. Made up 2 b/s breast. This came out really good. I didnt use my "George Foreman" type grill. Just my regular outdoor BBQ. I used fresh thyme also since I have a ton of the stuff. I only let it marinade for about 45 min. Was too hungry to wait : O

That's a nice picture! I like simple recipes as well. Don't have a foreman but I guess I could use regular grill or my panini press....

Thanks guys. ML2C, I rarely use my indoor grill now that I have been using my cast iron

I have a bunch of thyme and sage that I have in the kitchen window. I wish I could get basil, too. When its available again, I will get some for outside and one for the window.......or does it just grow during certain times?

Yeh, NP awhile ago, I had made a recipe that didnt have any color to it and I always see you guys adding parsley, or mint, or something colorful. All I had was some celery left over from a recipe and so I used it. Points quickly commented saying was that celery leaf supposed to make the particular dish I made healthy. Other members joined him and here we are : )

This is my goofy dog when she was allowed to sleep on the old couch. Still trying to break her of the habit now that I have a new one : (

I should do that, too, MrP. Especially as I have a big kitchen window with plenty of room. I saw a little basil plant in the produce section where I shop a couple of weeks ago. I wish I had grabbed it.
