Lemon Thyme Chicken George Foreman Grill Recipe

This is Linda Larsen’s recipe I found at about.com – it is currently my favorite recipe using my George Foreman grill. Prep time includes marinating time.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt (I use 1/2 tsp)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together in medium bowl and mix well.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
- Prepare and preheat two sided grill.
- Cook the chicken breasts for 4-6 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
