Mushrooms In A Red Wine Sauce

What a fantastic recipe from Don for sure. We put them on top of steaks and I can not see why they would not go great with a roast of beef of any kind. Fast and easy to pull together. Will be making again.

My sister would love this. Mushrooms and red wine are two of her favorite things. If I served this on top of bacon, she would be in Heaven. :-)
