  I loved this although I think some may find it too sweet. But, I loved it. :-) I think some slices of red onion would have counteracted a bit of the sweetness but it was my lunch hour and I was in a hurry. More on the recipe.

  It looks good, but I think I would reduce the amount of olive oil. Maybe start out with equal parts vinegar and oil and go from there.
