Never Have To Buy Salad Dressing Again Dressing Recipe

This is a simple yet extremely tasty salad dressing that I use on spinach and I could eat the whole damn bowl. I made this for Thanksgiving and some of the guests didn't like spinach salad, they ended up eating more of it than anyone else.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of your favorite jam or jelly I really like to use my mother in laws home made grape jam.
- 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar, or if making raspberry dressing use raspberry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 bag of baby spinach leaves
- some bociccinni or cubes of fresh mozzerella
Directions
- Put all of the ingredients into mixing bowl
- using a wisk, mix together for about 1 minute
- taste
- adjust flavors buy adding to one or more of the ingredients
- Pour over spinach and cheese.
- enjoy you wont believe how good this is!

This looks good, but I have a question. Is the mustard ground (dry) or prepared (as you would get from a squeeze bottle)?

Sorry just the squeeze bottle type, it acts as an emulsifier and keeps the oil and vinegar together as well as giving it a little kick.
