I'm trying to use up a load of Roma tomatoes. I found this by using "Roma tomatoes" as the ingredient search and then filtering by "pasta" as I was trying to find a spaghetti sauce. This was on the first page and the word "pizza" made it catch my eye. I had everything in the house - even the green pepper! - so I decided to skip the sauce and made this. Its good. Needs a little "something" - probably garlic. But, its a good casserole dish.

Yes, it is definitely kid friendly and it reheats well, too. I think some garlic would really help this out. :)

I adore casseroles..this looks so good! I agree, garlic would really add tons of flavor to this dish FA..I always add some red pepper flakes to kick it up a notch as well:) Wonderful pics..I want some:)
