Not your moms mac and cheese

    I dont don't she's around much anymore, but Yum! This is a great alternative to the normal yellow cheddar cheese in the mac! Has a nice bite! I agree with lovestohost that it's better before you bake it. Baking it makes it not near as creamy and liquid-y. I did only bake it for like 15 minutes though....so going the whole 25 woulda been way to long for my taste. Thanks for the great recipe! Posted pic. as well.
