Old Fashion Banana Pudding

    It's a little sweet. I'd roll back the sugar a little next time.
    I did add a pinch of salt to bring out the flavor.
    Wondering what to do with the 6 egg whites. So I beat them up to stiff peak and folded them into the pudding. Folded the wafers and bananas into the pudding too, since the pudding was nice and airy now.
    Turned out well.
    It didn't take anywhere near 25 minutes for the pudding to thicken.

    I've never made pudding of any kind before. Is there usually flour in a pudding recipe? I don't recall seeing that before.

    The flour is used for a thickener along with the egg yolks.
