The thighs did have the bones in them. I took the skin off myself. Its really got a lot of great flavor to it.
By the way - another successful search here using the ingredients "chicken thighs" and "marmalade." That ingredient search here works pretty well for me.
That's right - you have 6,000 pounds of chicken to use up, if I remember. :-)

Hehe, no only 5,000! :) No really, I'm probably down to about 15 freezer bags with about 4-5 thighs in each bag. Not too bad! I could probably get through those in about 4 months :) It's funny you posted this recipe because I have one of Pat's thigh recipes planned for tonight that has orange in it too!
