Orange Chicken with Green Onions Cashews

- 1 1/2 cups Swanson® chicken broth (regular, Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic) shopping list
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade shopping list
- 4 green onions, sliced (about 1/2 cup) shopping list
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch shopping list
- 8 skinless chicken thighs (about 2 lb.) shopping list
- 1/2 cup walnut or cashew pieces shopping list
- Hot cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- MIX broth, teriyaki sauce, garlic, marmalade, 1/4 cup green onions and cornstarch in 6-qt. slow cooker.
- Add chicken and turn to coat.
- COVER and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hr.* or until chicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle with walnuts and remaining green onions before serving.
- Serve with rice.
- TIP: *Or on HIGH 4 to 5 hr.
- If your family does not enjoy nuts, omit them from the recipe. The results will still be wonderful!
