Put aluminum foil on my baking sheet for quick clean-up.

The sauce got all nice and thick and sticky. It was almost like candy! It stuck to the chicken and didn't drip off. I really piled it on there. :) I will definitely make this again as I always have orange marmalade, honey and soy sauce around.

Yeah Frankie, we are spicy fanatics, for sure... we do like a lil sweet with spicy, but this is just too much sweet, even if I subbed out for the marmalade, there's still the soy sauce to drastically cut back or omit and add spice...which would be an entirely different recipe! hehehe

but, none of that matters... it's a gorgeous photo and as long as it worked, for those who like that sweet, then that's a winner!
