Posted by rottman. This was such a good and easy recipe! I really loved the flavors of this dish. Posted a couple of pictures, too.

I love the idea of sweet with the cajun flavors!

Did you pour the marinade into the skillet with the shrimp? If so, does it make a lot of sauce to pour over the rice or would I have to double the marinade for that?

I did pour the marinade into the pan. If you wanted enough sauce for the rice, you probably should double the marinade.

    yum

love shrimp, love honey, love orange, love spicy, love Rottman

    this is a keeper ;)

and quick and easy enough for a weeknight meal

I think I'll make a thickened sauce with OJ, though, just cus I am not a marmalade fan

and might serve it over orzo

I'll letcha know when I try it! thanks for adding it, Frankie

Thanks Frankie! I'll probably do that then!

I like the orange juice idea too Keni! Maybe I can add that with more honey and the spices to make more sauce!

yeah, Lillian, I've made OJ reduction sauces before, so figured I'd just do that...same flavor, basics, yet more to my taste.

    good luck!
