    I really loved this and really loved the fact it was easy to cut in half. I could eat this as a meal! :-D Served it up with a nice little lamb roast I had and some sauteed asparagus. Delicious!
    Poster's orzo looks different than mine. I guess different brands look different?

    Oh, I'm excited! I just looked online to see if there's such a thing as whole wheat or whole grain orzo and there is! I'm gonna look for it next time I go grocery shopping. Recipe saved.
