Oven Pancake
My baking powder had expired but the result was still delicious. Posted a couple of pictures. Ate the whole thing over a couple of evenings as a dessert.

I think the worst thing about finding the expiration date of 2009 was the "where did the time go?" factor of it all! I distinctly remembered buying that darn can! But, I got a new one yesterday. :)

After this thread, I checked my baking powder. March of last year. I think I only used it 1 time. Looks good sitting on the shelf, though.
