Oven Roasted Cauliflower

    We LOVE cauliflower, but don't roast it very often. Not sure why, it's good stuff! I did cut back on the olive oil to about 1-2 Tbs, thought 1/4 cup may be too much. The lemon added great flavor to the cauliflower. I guess I could have added a sprig of something green to add some color to the picture lol! Oh well!

    I love cauliflower, too, but my favorite way is raw in a green salad. I do like the sound of this though. I've never tried roasting it! The picture looks delicious!
