Paleo Banana Bread

    A great, not too sweet, banana bread! Used coconut oil in place of the olive oil and my bread took a full hour to cook through. Sliced up very nicely once cooled. Great with some grass fed butter (Kerrygold) slathered on top. Thanks Luisa!

    Nice photo! Interesting recipe. I'm going to look for Kerrygold butter. I buy Horizon's organic butter now, but I've seen several people mention Kerrygold.

    Thanks y'all!! Diz, I love Kerrygold, they make grass fed cheese too. If you have a Sam's they sell if for pretty cheap, and Whole Foods and Trader Joe's have it as well.
