    This guy is cooking for an army! Thirty cakes? They're good at any rate.
    I cut the recipe in half. Made them in an omelet pan. A quarter cup ladle made 8 cakes.
    Easy to make has fluff but not too much. Medium heat, three minutes on the first and two minutes on the second side.

    These are good eaten out of hand at room temperature. As you make the cakes, place 1 Tablespoon butter between them when stacked. Grab one anytime and munch.
