    Parmesan Cracker Crusted Tilapia By: Twilightdawning
    Simply delicious!! Quick prep too. My beau doesn't like fish and guess what? He "loved" this. I did forget to add the olive oil to the cracker mixture so I sprayed the tops with olive oil and that worked out just fine.

    It was so long ago, DT, that I cannot remember. It was when I first saw tilapia and I had never heard of it. Probably about three years ago or so. Maybe more (my memory - ugh). I should give it another try.

    Frankieanne, I tried tilapia at my son's suggestion...I'm not much of a seafood eater but I do enjoy a nice piece of white fish occasionally and my guy is a huge fish lover and neither one of us cared for it......I can see using this recipe on another white fish though.
