    Nice pasta dish. I would prefer a meat sauce but made this straight up.
    Used fresh garden tomatoes and simmered down to about half volume. It has a brighter tomato flavor as opposed to the more standard deeper savory flavor.
    My network provider was off-line yesterday so I didn't get a pic and had to do the recipe by rote. Got everything right except for the parsley at the end. I bought the fresh parsley, just forgot to add it. That's OK, it looked a little limpish anyway. Took a little longer than 20 minutes for the sauce to simmer down, probably because of the fresh tomatoes.
