Peaches and Cream muffins by Peetabear

    I just happened to have all the ingredients needed, so I made these. They came out good, but I think next time I will put a dollop of cream cheese in the middle of the muffins, rather than on top, so it is more like a filling. I also reduced the sugar by almost half here, and they still came out sweet. Added the picture.

    I reduced sugar in both filling and batter. I would just put 1/3 batter in the pan next time, then cream cheese, and then top it with more batter and cinnamon sugar. Also, I used 1 tbsp. cream cheese filling in the second batch. 1 tsp. just didn't seem enough. When the cream cheese was on the top, it was hard to tell if the muffins were done, because it stayed white forever.
