Peach, cream cheese, almond....Excellent! Sounds fantastic, thanks for a great post....=)

I agree with debbie - 3 perfect flavor combinations! These are on the Must Try list, printed out and ready...thanks, peeta.

Oh my goodness that is beautiful!I’m looking forward to trying the recipe.

Hey, Peeta, I just happen to have all the ingredients needed on hand! Will be making these over the weekend! Thanks, darling!

Yum! These sound very tasty. Thanks for sharing.

Made these over the weekend, they turned out great! I did reduce the sugar by almost half and they still were sweet. Next time I think I will put the cream cheese in the middle of the muffin, to make it more like a filling, rather than topping. Added a picture for you, hope that's OK.

Great picture, Juels - these do sound so very tempting...thanks for the review and pic...and peeta, thanks for the great post - interesting and different muffin!!

Wow..the combination of peaches and cream cheese in a muffin sounds so yummy! Thanks for sharing, Peeta! ^5. And juels, thanks for the review and for pointing out the recipe to us on 'I Made It' group! Great pic too! :)

Yes, this sounds so good! I also like the idea of making the cream cheese mixture into a filling! I'm going to have to try this! Thanks Peeta and Juels!

I just made these and they were great! Juels was right! These are very good with the filling in the middle...as you can see from my picture! I used about 1 tbls. in each. I poured in about half the batter then added the filling, then just top it off with a little more batter. I reduced the sugar by half for the batter because I like my muffins less sweet. I used the full amount of sugar for the filling. These would also be great with strawberries instead of peaches! Thanks for posting this recipe Peetabear! Oh, by the way...I like these better cold than warm...just my personal opinion! Ooops...I forgot to mention that I only made half the recipe but I made the full amount of filling. I got 14 muffins out of this.

These sound delectable! I like the filling in the middle idea as well. I used to make a great Pumpkin Cream Cheese Streusal Muffin for the holidays that everybody ate up.

Good job!

Is the Spicer Castle a bed and breakfast?
If that is an example of the things they serve I bet it is great!
