This is such a great, quick salad! A nice light lunch for sure, I did have to change up just a few things. For one thing I do not like goat cheese, no matter how much I want to like it, I just don't lol. I subbed with some blue cheese, which I LOVE. Also I accidentally grabbed a bag of what I thought were chopped pecans but as soon as I finished dumping them the pan, realized they were walnuts! Darnit, oh well. I loved the warm, sweet pears on this cold salad...so good! Made extra dressing and pears so I can have the salad for lunch again tomorrow :)

Thanks everyone! If you let the pears and nuts sit in the pan for a few minutes after they are cooked they cool down fast and won't wilt your lettuce, unless you like it like that :)
