  Recipe by Efitobx: Penne Alla Vodka/saved
  Good pasta. Nice tomato marinara. I like getting my hands into the food alla squeezing the tomatoes. I'm kinda' puzzled about simmering two tomato sauces separately, except for flaming off the whiskey. That done, I combined the two as my medium sauce pan was to the brim.
  Added some left over chicken to the mix.

  Did you use whiskey instead of vodka, pso? I've seen a lot of recipes for vodka pasta but have never tried one.
