    Three things I've never had luck with - biscuits, rice and gravy. Luckily, I'm not into gravy so no problem there. Still working on the biscuits (I have a biscuit cutter now). But, I do like rice as a side. This is definitely perfect rice. And the directions on the recipe are a hoot.
    Served it with Gourmetana's
    Guinness Chicken And Bacon Stew

    Celery is good in rice, not only the leaves.
    Put a cut up stalk in while the water is still coming up to a boil.
    I always rinse my rice. Not only to make it less sticky but to get all the bug parts out of it. A requisite when one buys rice by the 20 pound bag.
