This is the second time I have had good luck searching for a recipe by entering ingredients. Put in "ciabatta" and "chicken" and this was one of the recipes that popped up. This was a tasty and filling sandwich but I was sure wishing for some red onion and for a nice slice of garden tomato. The marinade added a nice flavor to the chicken breast.

: ) I guess it seems like I eat chicken everyday. I dont, tho. But there are 7 days in the week. There are only so many kinds of meat. Pork, beef (lamb, venison) , sea food, chicken/turkey. So on average, 3 days to chicken, and around 1 each to the others leaving 1 for what ever ?????? At least thats the way it seems to go. Not like theres a plan to it or anything
