    Pesto Grilled Shrimp
Wonderful, easy, delicious. Screamed for a chilled glass of white wine but I already had my beer poured. Next time - and I can guarantee, there definitely will be a next time. So quick and easy.

I was just at the store the other day and noticed for the first time how many different pesto's there were! I didn't see asparagus pesto, but I did see artichoke pesto which seemed interesting...

My mom gave me the asparagus pesto. I had never seen it either. She got it at a "fancy" shop a couple of hours away from us when she was traveling. Its known for its kind of "exotic" types of condiments and many different types of stuffed olives. Its pretty good but when I was reading the jar it said "use within 5 days of opening." I'm used to pesto lasting "forever" if it is covered with oil. Not sure whether to try this one with that technique or not!
They are good, Chuckie! I've made this recipe at least six times now! You'll be hooked like me! :-D
