How to make it

  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Divide shrimp between skewers.
  • Brush one side of shrimp with pesto. Place on grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Brush other side of shrimp with remaining pesto. Turn and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until just cooked.

    Yep, I knew it. Knew I would love these. Quick, easy and I always have this stuff on hand - even the skewers. The only change I made was I broiled mine. So easy and so wonderful. I'm happy. Added my picture, too. :) More in IMI.

    Perfection! I was going to make Mr. Suchafuss shrimp dinner this week. I know he would love this simple preparation. I needed to trim back the basil bush so will have plenty to make a quick pesto. Thanks for the inspiration.

    I really like this recipe Dahlia, we have some fresh basil in the garden and I have been meaning to make some pesto:) This will be on the menu for the weekend! For sure!
