    Oh mannnnnnnn, oh man, oh man, oh man, oh man, oh man. Is this ever good!
    You can eat the shrimp as well as the marinating sauce and onion. Just schedule some alone time when the onion starts coming out.
    I suppose the dish would have better looks with the red onion but I had one white onion left before a trip to the store.
    Made the shrimp with all the hard shell off.
    Used extra large shrimp.
