Pickled Shrimp

- 1 lb. of cooked shrimp (med.) or you can boil your own shopping list
- 8 oz. Kraft horseradish sauce shopping list
- 8 oz. mayonaise shopping list
- 3 Tbl. fresh squeezed lemon juice shopping list
- 3 Tbl. sugar shopping list
- 1 medium/large red onion halved and thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- If cooking you own shrimp, let them cool before continuing.
- Slice red onion in half and then thinly slice it into half moons (1/0" thick), preferably on a mandolin.
- Combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a glass bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy!
