Pizza Bombs

As soon as this recipe was posted I just KNEW my kids would be crazy over them, and they were! I did lose the cheese filling on about 5 or 6 of them though. I did my best to get those edges completely sealed but it still happened. It was ok though as I just scooped it on top of them. Do not put too much pizza sauce inside, just a teeny bit or it will squeeze out when you go to pinch the dough together. Used fresh mozzarella :)

Great photos! I bet the kids didn't care how they looked, just how they tasted, and they look super yummy! Love the name.

Thank you! Your right Bakerme, the kids didn't care a bit how they looked :P DIZ, they would be the perfect party food, and could always take out the pepperoni and add in a couple of chopped peppers and/or onions. I have vegetarians in my family :)

Thank you Joce and FA :)

Lindsayb just commented on the recipe:
"I've made these before. Saw on Facebook. I did half with pepperoni and half with a little cooked Italian sausage. They are very good. Served for dinner with salad. One difference is that the recipe I saw had me put them on a round cake pan or 9x13 pan (can remember) touching sides. This may have helped mine from leaking."

I think she's right about having them touch sides to help with the leaking of the cheese! Also I forgot to mention that next time I make these I would do more than one pepperoni, or use those tiny cubes of pepperoni and do a little pile of them :)
