  Pizza Casserole by MimiNanny. I put my oldest son in charge of preparation and it was a great recipe for him to learn on. I couldn't find my usual Pizza Casserole recipe and am glad I came across this on - it was great! Good flavor and easy & straightforward recipe. Perfect for a "chef in training". :) It was a big hit for dinner - great recipe!!
