Pizza Pasta Casserole
There are lots of pizza casserole recipes here. I had the ingredients on hand for this one. I halved the recipe and baked in an 8x8 pan. It was tasty. I think fresh garlic would be better and I wish I had thought of that. I didn't have any parmesan and wasn't going to head to town for it. I put pepperoni on top as was pictured in the recipe. I ate more than I should have. I think a nap is in my future. :)

Tastes more like pizza when pepperoni and hot sausage are added. The bread flavor is not there but the rest is.
Was going for the Italian hot sausage links but cheaped out for some hot breakfast sausage.
Had a big plateful and it was good. Mother ate all of her serving and didn't complain about the hot at all.
Added an additional cup of Mozzarella into the meat sauce 'cause I could only buy a 3c pre-shredded bag at the store.
