Point's Orange-glazed Salmon

    I made this a while back. Turned out great. Super quick and easy. A must for me, unless Im feeling ambitious (which isnt too often : ) I doubled up on cracked pepper as well as the OJ. Boiled the sauce to thicken up a bit. Went great over the rice. Thanks, Points for a great recipe
