How to make it

  • Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over high heat until hot. Add fish, and cook, uncovered, 3 minutes on each side. Cover and cook 3 additional minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from skillet; set aside, and keep warm.
  • Add soy sauce and orange juice to skillet; cook over high heat 1 minute, stirring to deglaze skillet. Add oil and stir well. Pour sauce over fish, serve immediately.

I made this tonight, Points. This was too quick and easy. I loaded up on salmon since it was on sale for $2.99 lb. I will be making this again. Cook time was about 7 minutes for me. Thanks for sharing. Added a pic. Oh I doubled the amount of OJ. 10-13-12 More posted in IMI Points Orange Glazed Salmon

This was really delicious! I didn't taste much "orange" in the sauce, but the sauce was wonderful. I think it might be interesting to double the amount of orange juice and would do that next time - just to see how it tastes then. Still, a very good sauce that really paired well with the salmon. And - yep - 15 minutes. :) Added my picture.
