Orange-glazed Salmon

- 4 (4oz) salmon fillets, 1" thick shopping list
- 1/4t salt shopping list
- 1/4t pepper shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- 3T soy sauce, low-sodium shopping list
- 3T orange juice shopping list
- 1/2t dark sesame oil shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over high heat until hot. Add fish, and cook, uncovered, 3 minutes on each side. Cover and cook 3 additional minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from skillet; set aside, and keep warm.
- Add soy sauce and orange juice to skillet; cook over high heat 1 minute, stirring to deglaze skillet. Add oil and stir well. Pour sauce over fish, serve immediately.

This was really delicious! I didn't taste much "orange" in the sauce, but the sauce was wonderful. I think it might be interesting to double the amount of orange juice and would do that next time - just to see how it tastes then. Still, a...more
