Orange-glazed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 (4oz) salmon fillets, 1" thick
  • 1/4t salt
  • 1/4t pepper
  • cooking spray
  • 3T soy sauce, low-sodium
  • 3T orange juice
  • 1/2t dark sesame oil

Directions
  1. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over high heat until hot. Add fish, and cook, uncovered, 3 minutes on each side. Cover and cook 3 additional minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from skillet; set aside, and keep warm.
  2. Add soy sauce and orange juice to skillet; cook over high heat 1 minute, stirring to deglaze skillet. Add oil and stir well. Pour sauce over fish, serve immediately.
  3. 148 calories, 28% from fat.
