    Great rye flavor. Love the caraway seeds.
    I always have difficulty making non-white breads. They come out on the dense side.
    Added a tablespoon of vital wheat gluten to help the rise. It turned out great. Better safe than sorry. Also added a tablespoon of my Bread Fresh Dough Enhancer recipe to assist the rise too.
